Specific Skills:

As a high-performing individual, you may be considered for a Senior Property Manager position at Stream Realty Partners in Houston.  As a Senior Property Manager of several Class AA office properties in the Houston Galleria area, you will have the opportunity to work on an outstanding portfolio in a dynamic working environment with other talented professionals. Handling work orders, some construction.

  • Supervise Property Managers and/or on-site staff
  • Resolve leasing/property management issues
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the business unit
  • Maintain personal contact with owners
  • Authorize vendor contracts
  • Perform various personnel functions including staffing and employee development
  • Review and approve operating and capital budgets
  • Conduct routine property inspections to prevent/identify problems
  • Coordinate real estate tax review process for properties
  • Ensure adherence to owners’ policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives
  • Assure optimal functioning of building and security systems
  • Establish AR/AP guidelines, track performance and monitor recovery process
  • Maintain personal contact with owners
  • Monitor lease expirations
  • Ensure monthly reporting according to owner's needs

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,        
  • Finance, Engineering Architecture, Planning or related field 
  • 7+ years property management experience
  • Significant supervisory responsibility 
  • CPM, RPA designation (or in progress)
  • Detail oriented, analytical and computer literate
  • Strong communication skills
