Specific Skills:

As a high-performing individual, you may be considered for a Property Administrator position at Stream Realty Partners in Houston.  As a Property Administrator of multiple Galleria office buildings, you will have the opportunity to work on outstanding properties in a dynamic working environment with other talented professionals. Handling work orders, some construction

  • Interact and cooperate effectively and efficiently with tenants, contracted service providers and building staff
  • Operate the management office switchboard from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Purchase and inventory supplies and equipment for use in the management office
  • Maintain Building access memos and file as directed
  • Prepare and maintain duty manager notebook daily
  • Prepare outgoing communiqués for tenants and maintain e-mail delivery list
  • Maintain vendor insurance certificate files
  • Participate in AP/AR process by preparing invoices, preparing spreadsheets and data entry into the MRI accounting system as directed
  • Type memos, letters, etc. as directed.  Maintain hardcopy files and logs related to the above
  • Responsible for the work order system as it relates to receipt of request and distribution of such to the assigned individual for completion.  Close out all completed work orders and follow up on all open work orders daily
  • Maintain current tenant and building staff emergency contact lists
  • Maintain property files   
  • Maintain and update buildings computerized directory and input announcements in the elevator Captivate System
  • Organizes the management office and performs various administrative duties and projects as assigned

Education and Experience:


  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to operate various office equipment such as telephone systems, fax machines, copiers, postage machines and printers. Must possess excellent computer skills and display efficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Must possess exceptional organizational, personal and communication skills. Detail oriented and analytical attributes are also a must
