As a high-performing individual, you may be considered for a Property Manager position at Stream Realty Partners in Houston. As a Property Manager of several retail properties, you will have the opportunity to work on an outstanding portfolio in a dynamic working environment with other talented professionals. Handling work orders, some construction

  • Authorize vendor contracts
  • Perform various personnel functions including staffing and employee development
  • Assemble, review and implement operating and capital budgets
  • Conduct routine property inspections to prevent/identify problems and exposures
  • Coordinate insurance procurement, electricity procurement, and real estate tax review processes for properties
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives
  • Assure optimal functioning of building life safety and security systems
  • Establish AR/AP guidelines, track performance and monitor recovery process
  • Maintain personal contact with owners
  • Monitor lease expirations and work with leasing team to maximize tenant retention
  • Ensure monthly reporting according to owner's needs
  • Ensure compliance with management agreements
  • Coordinate property/owner teams including property management, accounting, marketing and construction
  • Supervise on-site staff
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Property Management
  • Resolve leasing/property management issues
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the business unit
  • Ensure adherence to owners’ policies and procedures

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 Years property management experience with supervisory responsibility
  • Retail Center property management experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CPM, RPA designation (or in progress)
  • Possess real estate license
  • Detail oriented, analytical and computer literate
